Stephen is an electrical engineer with over 12 years’ experience covering the full product life cycle—from project planning and preliminary design through factory transition and full-scale production. His experience includes industrial automation, custom mixed-analog/digital IC design, fiber optic transceiver integration and testing, and military electronics testing.
Stephen is currently a project engineer, leading a design team on a multi-million dollar commercial avionics program. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Isaac Newton Christian Academy.
Stephen holds an MBA (With Distinction) from The University of Iowa Tippie School of Management, an M.Eng. in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering (With Distinction) from The University of Iowa.
Marjorie is a La Leche League leader, a stay-at-home mother, and an award-winning knitter.
Stephen & Marjorie live in Marion, Iowa, where they are members of Antioch Christian Church. They have three children: Alec, Ian, and Kathryn.
